We arrange for vans and taxis to take you from the Puerto Vallarta airport to the retreat.
If you prefer a less expensive, though more time-consuming option, you can take a Pacifico bus
and then a short cab ride. Instructions for taking the bus are in the information packet
you will receive after you register.
Below are the 2026 rates per person (one-way) according to the number of people
sharing one vehicle (rates are often adjusted at the beginning of each year.):

We recommend that participants arrive a night early and stay in Puerto Vallarta as there can be
airline delays due to winter weather conditions.
If you are arriving in Puerto Vallarta a day or more early, we will coordinate and group you with others.
The earliest time you may arrive at the resort on 1/9 is 3:00 PM.
The resort is in a different time zone, which is 1 hour earlier than Puerto Vallarta.
By car, it takes approximately 1 3/4 to 2 hours to get there.
If you are arriving on 1/9, please allow an hour for immigration, customs, and baggage.
Below are examples of flight arrival times at the airport and approximate arrival times at the retreat by
taxi or van, including time to go through customs and baggage:

If you are flying on 1/9, please plan to arrive at the Puerto Vallarta airport no later than 4:00 PM
because that will get you to the retreat in time to settle in before dinner and then attend the evening meeting.
Assuming your flight is on time, this will ensure that you are with other people in a van and not taking a much more expensive taxi by yourself.
